Today we’re talking about the best day to list a property. And no, it’s NOT Monday. So what day do you think is the best day to list a property?
If Monday is the day we list a property as a buyer, I have just come off of the weekend and seen lots of properties, maybe made an offer and waiting to hear back.
I might just be tired of looking at houses and I am ready to get back into the week and on with everything that I need to do starting this week off.
So top of mind for me is not necessarily how quickly can I get back out there and see some more properties.
So Monday is not going to be the best day to list a property because buyers just are not in the right frame of mind to be able to look at more properties after the weekend. The other reason it’s not the best time is because come the weekend, they’ve forgotten about the properties they saw on Monday.
